Lucy Bradshaw
SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPY ASSISTANT / NEURO REHAB ASSISTANT
Lucy began her career in health and social care after studying it at college, working in care homes where she developed a passion for supporting individuals. Her journey led her to work with adults with brain injuries, during which she completed her NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. It was in this role that she discovered her fascination with the brain and how it works, as well as her drive to help individuals recover, regain their independence, and rebuild their confidence.
This passion inspired Lucy to become a self-employed support worker, where she had the privilege of working with a young stroke survivor, assisting with SLT and physiotherapy in the community. She has also supported individuals with brain tumours and mental health challenges, further solidifying her commitment to this rewarding field.
Working closely on SLT and physio goals has shown Lucy how much she thrives when helping others achieve their goals and live more independent lives. She is deeply motivated by the positive impact she can make in someone’s recovery journey.
Lucy is thrilled to join Linguistic Resolutions, where she looks forward to expanding her skills, building new connections, and continuing to support individuals in leading fulfilling lives with confidence.
